"Keturah S. Was amazingly patient and professional during a very hectic time of day as I found it very confusing trying to select a package due to this being my first visit. The facility as a whole is nice for kids. What I did not like is that you have to pick your activities at the time of purchase. And it's so loud in here I could not understand Keturah telling us each activity has a time limit or your band expires at a particular time. Having a clear understanding of this would help me structure the order of activities. I think it would be more efficient if there was some type of hole punch on the wristbands for each activity instead of expecting kids to hold on to a tiny receipt paper for each thing they want to do. You should be able to place your food orders online as I stood in line for 25mins to get snacks. Shortly after there was an announcement made that the food counter is no longer taking orders at 6pm and you close at 10pm. There's no staff on the game floor if you need assistance, getting a manager is almost impossible. It was an overwhelming experience. I felt like I needed a masters degree to understand how this place operates. We wanted to bowl but was told they are at capacity, although we sat our entire stay on the couches in lane 7 and 8 and no one bowled those lanes. They have alot of kinks to work out."

"I attended this location Grand Opening! Staff is friendly, welcoming sand easily approachable! There was some slight confusion with the entry line, waivers, but it was to be expected as it's their first day! Pricing is just about the same as other indoor attractions but, it's closer to my home (so worth it for me) My kids love the jump area! We will be back!"

"Great new place that just opened up down the street. It’s huge so it doesn’t get too crowded. You definitely get a good deal with their supercharged wristband which comes with 5 attractions, a meal and drink for the kiddo and also socks! Love that they don’t up charge for that like other places do. Overall, great atmosphere, great food and friendly staff!"

"It was absolutely horrible from the time I walked through the door. After patiently waiting to check in, you have to go to another line to get your wristband. One person to check in several kids' parties. You'll spend about 45 minutes in that line. You may want to eat before you came. Waited 1 hour for the loaded nachos. The manager apologized that my food had been given to someone else because they have 2 systems and me and the other person had the same number. The chicken on the nachos is very interesting doesn't look or taste like anything I've ever had before (pictured). When I asked who was in charge, the response was, " he's not here right now, lol. I can clearly see there is no guidance or supervision here. And the bar is not as advertised."
