"Dinoland was perfect. My daughter (3.5) and I lost power during the storm and after 24hours we were hot, sweaty, and she was bouncing off the walls. I found Dinoland after a quick search and I’m so glad I did. She had a blast running around and playing. There were 2 separate areas for toddlers and bigger kids. There were kids for her to play with, but not a. Overwhelming amount of people (probably 20 kids the whole 3 hours we were there). The food was what you would expect, however the fries were awesome. They also have a bunch of custom drink options which were delicious. They offer free WiFi and had places to plug your devices in (which was nice since my phone was almost dead). We will definitely be back!"

"Dinoland Dearborn Heights is an exceptional facility! I've had two birthday parties there and I was able to rent out the entire facility which every parent thanked me! They were able to be relaxed while their kids played. It's always spotless and they are constantly sanitizing and ensuring it's a safe and comfortable space for the kids to explore and have a wonderful time! The staff is amazing and so accommodating to all your needs! I love the fact that the toddler area can be enclosed to ensure a more relaxing time for adults, while you're older kids are off exploring through the indoor playground! My daughter absolutely LOVES the ball pit! I also love the extra safety precautions they have in place for anyone to enter or exit the play area! If you're looking for the place for your kids to have a great time on a random day, or to have a unforgettable party, this is the place to be!"

"We have had the pleasure of frequenting Dinoland recently and can not say enough great things about the facility and staff! Whether it has been for our character meet and greets or we're hired for private events, the equipment is clean and staff is friendly! When we are there for character meet and greets our mascots are accompanied by a handler to ensure the safety of the performer inside the costume as well as the kids! Most, if not all, mascot costumes have a very limited field of vision. 90% of the time they cannot see small children they're hugging. The Handlers job is to make sure that kids play nicely with the characters to encourage appropriate behavior as well as safety! Kids tend to think mascots are just big stuffed animals. They will kick, punch, and throw things at them. These are not acceptable forms of play and we kindly let the children know and re-direct to a better form of play. We aren't trying to be mean, we just want to make sure everyone is safe and having fun! Today we also had an occurrence where there were multiple children climbing on the character at one time. We politely explained that we can't crowd the character (because the kids can't be seen and could catch an elbow) and we had the character move from the area to re-set the play time in a different environment.
