"A good concept, but seems mainly geared toward kids 12 and under. My 14 year old seemed a bit bored. Has some novel type attractions, which are kind of cool. Didn’t try the cafeteria, as things there looked overpriced. They are quite understaffed and disorganized, and I’m not sure that on a busy Saturday having an almost all teenage staff is the best thing. I’m hoping we caught them on an off day. My 7 and 8 year old enjoyed it."

"We had my daughter’s birthday at urban air. Our party host Saleena was amazing. She greeted us at the door, went over everything with us and got us whatever we needed. She was polite, respectful and great with the kids. I want to make sure that her manager and the owner know that she is great and a hard worker. This was a good time and so much better than the awful experience we had at the old Defy across the street a couple years ago."

"We just had my sons 8 year old birthday party here. We had 29 kids at the party. The party room was super clean & the party host was great with the kids & kept everything organized throughout the party. The kids enjoyed the pizza, wings & pretzels that we ordered for the party. They were able to go on every attraction with the zip line, play structure & go karts being the favorite. The birthday party package was also very reasonably priced for that many kids. As the party was ending and kids starting to leave my son was getting a ton of high fives & being told funnest birthday party ever from his friends. Thank You Urban Air Commerce for the great party & the huge smile my son had on his face. We can't wait to come back & have some more fun."

"My kiddos aged 7, 6 and 3 had a blast and left crying because they did not want to leave after hours of nonstop FUN. The employees made sure the kids were safely buckled into the go carts and rock climbing. I loved that safety was their priority. Perfect family fun atmosphere!!! 10/10 recommend!"
