"I had a fantastic time at Big Games in Ann Arbor! The variety of arcades kept our group entertained, and the wait times were pleasantly shorter than anticipated. The abundance of games, including laser tag and rock climbing, made it an exhilarating and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for a fun day out!"
"100% Recommend! A classmate chose BIG for our 30-year reunion. Some were reluctant because of (1) the cost and (2) the lack of interest in games for all attendees. We decided to go with BIG anyways. Dana Hermann worked with us to identify a fantastic VIP package experience which included a private room, dinner (pizza, salad and wings) and 172 game credits and a team-bonding laser tag game. Since this was a giant group event, BIG created a payment portal for individuals to log in and pay prior to the event. This was wonderful because we didn't have to assign a classmate to manage finances and track registrants. The evening was filled with memories and smiles. Oh, the fun we had! The staff assigned to our group was simply fantastic and accommodating. We came in early to set-up and stayed later than expected...like 2 hours later. The cost of the evening was well worth it (roughly $90/person). BIG also snapped photos of our group throughout the night to share. We cannot say enough about the positive experience we had last night. When 30 people walk away with the most fantastic things to say about their experience, you know you had a great time. Thank you, Dana, Chimere and Faith for a truly memorable experience!"
