"This was our second time here and both times the staff has been absolutely fabulous. The first time we went was after a bummer experience at another popular kids place nearby, the staff just lifted our whole mood with their positivity and kindness and we had a great time. Our second time today the staff was just as wonderful, upbeat and friendly and even though it was busy there was plenty of space and the kids left yet again happy! I 10/10 recommend"

"We come here often and always have fun. Weekdays are slower weekends busier. Depending on what type of atmosphere your kids like go accordingly. It can be overwhelming for the shy or sensory sensitive ones. We came one day and the power went out and we got a free pass to come again and free game cards to make up for it. Not sure how the other franchises are but this one is great!"
"We LOVE Launch in Ann Arbor! The staff is incredible. Hunter at concessions is always so friendly and helpful. The play areas are so clean. There so much space for play and jumping. The arcade has so much to choose from too. We had my son’s birthday party here and it was worth every penny. They take the work out of planning and shopping for you. It was awesome and my son and his friends had a blast! Great staff, great snacks, great fun!"
"My experience at Launch Ann Arbor this past weekend was great. Although the weather was not ideal, the park was open and was able to fully accommodate my child's birthday party. Alexes was our party host, and she was awesome! The staff here were very friendly and attentive to our requests. For our party package, we had a fruit and veggie plater and four pizzas. The quality of the food was surprisingly good. We also had arcade cards for the kids, and an hour and a half of jump time. What I appreciated most was how our party events were already planned out to try and stay within our allotted party time frame. There was literally a schedule of how the event should play out. I was not expecting this at all! Overall, I would refer any of my friends and family to consider booking a party at this location as my experience was a great one."
