I could buy the brick from them and then go to nobles to-get the brick cut. I went to nobles they had one of the discontinued bricks and they were never cut.The men at Nobles are very knowledgeable"

"I went out to nobles three weeks ago picked out mulch and carefully ordered and set up delivery details. I waited all day for delivery and when I called the guy told me I never placed an order. I have paperwork, I have people coming to do the mulching tomorrow… What a terrible experience."

"I placed an order a week before delivery for one and a half face cords. The day of delivery, the guy called and said he'd be there at 10:30, he got there at 11. When he dumped the load onto the tarps, I thought it looked a bit light. I've been ordering from a place in Waterford for about 10 years, same size order, and it always looked bigger then this order did, but you can't really argue about the size on the tarp. After I loaded up my 3/4 cord rack in the backyard, there was barely anything left. I believe I was definitely shorted by half a cord. I should have had half of the order left after filling the rack. I always get this amount so I can season 3/4 cord in the rack while I burn the rack contents of last year's delivery (moved into the garage) and have 3/4 cord in the garage ready to go for February burning.Now I have the 3/4 cord from last year and 2 small wheelbarrows of wood (about 3 days of burning) on the side. I called and told the guy who answered I believe I was shorted so he could make it right. He took my name and number and said he'd check into it and call me back. No call back. I believe I was shorted on my order of 1.5 cords by .5 cord. I called them again and Mark called me back to say they will drop off 1/2 cord later this week, once they do I'll update their stars rating to a 4. UPDATE: After the delivery guy came by and measured my rack ( which holds 3.5' x 7' of wood for 24 sq ft, a cord is 4'x8' or 32 sq ft.) he dropped off a half cord out front. Definitely more than 1/3rd of initial delivery so I am very happy now! Thanks for making it right guys, I do appreciate it!"

"Bought 4 yards of Redwood Mulch. The pile they delivered seemed smaller (3 yards worth only) than other places I have bought mulch. When I called them to discuss they said they use a 2 yard scope to scope out mulch twice to make it 4 yards on the truck. Dont think I will be returning back there again."
