Electric Ramen

"Wonderful food and excellent service. We had the special Dan Dan noodles and the maple duck bowl. Both were fantastic. Big portions and extremely flavorful noodles and broth. If you are on the fence about coming to this place you owe it to yourself to at least give this place a try."

"Everyone was so nice, it was super clean, and food was prepared quickly with great care to details. Beautiful and delicious! I had teriyaki wild mushroom so good! And my husband had Korean BBQ pork belly, so different than mine and so good!we also had pot stickers and the manager gave me a crab Rangoon to try, both amazing!"

"Husband got the #1 and some potstickers. He loved it, the portion sizes are great too. I tried the broth and it was very flavorful. Staff was very friendly, food did take a minute to come out but the husband saId it was worth the wait, good quality ingredients were used. Lots of foot traffic in and out while we were there."

"First off I got there and the decor was out of the 1980's and the music 1990's.....I loved it. I saw a year ago this place got off to a rough start. But I personally met the owners and decided to head out. I think they took all the reviews to heart and stepped up their game 100%. I first tried a couple small things from some festivals. I got pad Thai (some of the cleanest pad Thai I have ever had) and I have a Hawaiian pork belly slider which was delicious. The magic was in house though. I got the Maple Duck Farms Ramen and a Ahi Tuna Slider. The ramen was great and the noodles were done right. The duck is cooked perfect. The slider was a good starter! Here is the thing though. I don't want to call any of that my favorite yet because I want to try it all and also I can't wait to see what the cook/owner comes up with next for his fusion style. Check them out and give them a chance!"
