"While I was there it was very nice. Had a problem with heat changing over to air without notice. Birthday celebration just did not want to be home alone."

"The room was ok, but it smelled like somebody had been chain smoking in it. I called the front desk because the outlet on the lamp and the lamp itself wasn't working and he was very rude and nasty and instead of trying to see what was wrong, which was an easy fix, he told me I could come and get my money and go elsewhere instead of trying to find a resolution. I have some mobility issues but was given an upstairs room and when I asked about a downstairs room, i was told I would have to pay more for a room on the first floor. Although the bed was comfortable and the housekeeping staff was very nice. I do not recommend this place, because the front desk staff is very rude, nasty, and unreasonable and if I could give less than 1 star, I would."
