"All I can say is this place is great, the best battery hands down I could find anywhere price wise. As far as quality goes we will see. But their customer service is by far the best, they had a heck of a time getting my battery out and putting the new one in but they did it! Basically the battery had been in there for a long time and the nuts and bolts were pretty rusty. I would make this your first stop or phone call when looking for a new battery. I mean I paid half as much as what the cheapest battery I found at the big auto chain part stores. For a brand new battery."

"I needed to replace the batteries in my UPS backup device. Frank knew exactly what was needed. He accommodated my husband's need for easy safe access to the shop on a snowy miserable day and brought the batteries out to the car for him. When we attempted to insert the batteries we found that modification was needed to the attachments and Frank willingly did that for my husband when he returned the shop. This morning the batteries are fully charged in the UPS device and we saved a significant amount of money by not having to buy a whole new device or wait for delivery from Amazon. Overall, excellent service."
