"I haven't been able to have my hitch installed. Closest location didn't have the hitch I wanted in stock, so I had to order with the installation scheduled for over a week out. Tried to drop off the car this Monday at 8am as scheduled -- was told they didn't know if the hitch that was ordered had come in and that I'd have to have the manager call me back at noon. Manager never called back. Called back around 12:30pm and was told that manager was on the phone and would call back shortly. Manager never called back. Called back around 4:30pm and was told that the manager had to leave for an emergency. Was told that I'd have to wait another week to get the hitch installed because they only have 1 person doing installations that only comes in on Mondays & Wednesdays. Tried to confirm that they had at least booked a timeslot to schedule for the following Monday, but was just told that "they'd leave it up on the screen" and the manager would call back to confirm. It's Wednesday now and still haven't had anyone call back. At this point unsure when (if?) the hitch I paid for will get installed. Hopefully next Monday, but I'm not 100% sure whether or not anyone actually scheduled the appointment."
