"Was hopeful this would be our spot to get doors and some fencing installed. Went to the store to get information about doors, left our information since the main contact wasn’t there, and unfortunately no one ever got back to us. We also inquired about fencing while we were there. Waited about 15 minutes until someone could talk to us about it and suggested we schedule a time for them to come out to quote (which was two weeks out). Today was the day they were supposed to come to quote and no one showed up and no one called. Wildly disappointed and would not recommend."

"Fantastic service and high-quality lumber! Chelsea Lumber, particularly Doug Holzer were instrumental in helping me, a relatively inexperienced DYI-er build my dream deck and Pergola! I had a rough design but Doug helped me choose the right sizes and materials to make it happen. This review is a little overdue as this project happened in Summer 2020 but even during the pandemic, the staff were courteous, professional and honest. Even when I had the occasional board that was damaged or warped or something, they had no problems exchanging said pieces, no questions asked. At the end of the project, I had leftover materials that had sat in my driveway for 3 months and Chelsea lumber still gave me a full return for every extra single board and fastener. I would highly recommend this local supplier for all your home improvement projects over the big-box stores. The level of service was night-and-day.
