"This office is great. Very knowledgeable. I learned alot about my dental health. Dr Harry was very gentle. The procedure went great. They took my insurance and did all the paperwork for me. Even though he is not in my network the front desk did all they could to maximize my insurance. I was compensated a decent amount."

"Terrible experience! I never ever write reviews on anything but this experience was so poor that this was my only recourse. Came in for an extraction and asked if they take my insurance. I was told yes by the receptionist and I gave her my card and credit card. When asked how I’d be reimbursed she stated that my insurance company would send me a check. I was quoted for a graft and a replacement. And I was asked on more than one occasion if I’d like to finance the work being done and I stated that I wasn’t interested. Well two weeks after paying for just the extraction my insurance company stated that they would not be covering the work because the surgeon is not in network. I called the doctors office and spoke with the billing department who stated that they always inform patients that their doctor is not in net work (which they did not). At this point the receptionist told me that I didn’t ask weather the doctor was in net work, I asked if they took my insurance…. This is clearly a very poor business practice and they understand completely what they are doing. And if this is how they do business maybe they need to do less of it. Find a different surgeon. Especially one that is clearly working with a finance company to make this expensive procedure even more expensive!"

"Thank you to Dr haralampopoulos and his wonderful team for making me feel welcome and comfortable as I am very anxious when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr harry was very knowledgeable in helping me choose the best treatment plan for my teeth. The staff helped me to get the most out of my insurance and helped me file my claim. I've since referred my husband and mother. Thank you for your continued care."

"I have had the worst experience with the support staff. They overcharged me. They did not wait for the insurance to pay. I asked them to call me when the check for my refund was ready and They claim that they mailed it. The doctor was great but the support staff leaves much to be desired. If you go do not pay in advance."
