"Brought her Grand Cherokee in for a simple oil change and tire rotation at 10am. 5:30 pm and still not done. That employee, Patrick Betz, has a severe chip on his shoulder and has no people skills. Malik Hardy, who originally took her order, was helpful and sympathetic. It didn't help to look at your work screen to see "Promised 2pm" yet here we are sitting at 6pm. We have had many repairs done here, but it could be our last."

"I arrived at 10:55 for my 11 o'clock appointment. I was told to expect 1 1/2 to 2 hours despite having made the appt. They took my truck in at 11:45 and didn't finish until 1:25. When I complained the manager was dismissive. Time to find another dealer with better service and attitude!"
