If anyone remembers the TV series Cheers (they shout out my name) it's like that when I walk in sometimes, they get my name wrong, but I think they do it on purpose. But ether way isn't their worse things to complain about then someone not stroking your ego. Get in Get out and handle your business."
"5 days latter our order which was to be in the next day has not arrived. The salesman asked why we didn't just order online. My wife was told our order was in route on Friday but no word as of Monday. Phone number in book is nonfunctional and the 800 number has a 10 minute wait so far. Not happy"
"You need a new sales staff or training sorry , Price your items you’re trying to sell you cater to tradesmen professionals we don’t have time for somebody to look on the computer to find a price for something wasted time is expensive you have to make up for the fact that you’re not a convenient location and your store is it convenient that means you have to try harder and you’re not unfortunately you are are in competition with the big box stores you may not think you are but you are sorry"
"Ordered 3, 6 ft pieces of square 1 1/2 inch steel tubing on 10 Sep and it was supposed to be delivered on 13 Sep. Did not arrive and it is now 16 Sep and its still has not been delivered, with no expected delivery date given by staff at the store."
"Rude and unhelpful phone associates. Will lie to you about your order saying it’s been delivered when it was never received. No help whatsoever. Avoid this company at all costs."
