"I’ve been coming here since I was a little baby and this place is continuing to go down hill. Ever since Dr Hunter left nothing has been the same. The workers at the desk are always in a bad mood and usually have an attitude. Now they’re treating me completely inappropriate. I missed an appointment which I completely understand is not good for them but why aren’t u letting me make up my appointment until February. That’s half a year and on top of that they are only letting me schedule at 11:30 or 12 which makes no sense. I’ve literally been coming to this office for over 20 years and this is how I get treated. Multiple times before they’ve moved my appointment last minute on me but when I have something going on it’s an issue. This is completely unfair and discriminatory. No chance they would do this to an older patient. They think they can treat me however they want at the front desk not realizing that me and my whole family have been coming here for way longer than the miserable ladies at the desk have worked there. Completely inappropriate and unfair!!!"
