"I really appreciate the dedication of Fastoolnow to customer service. I ordered a less common part for my deck from Simpson via Fastoolnow and it didn’t work out for my needs. I was surprised when Simpson refused to accept it for return, calling it a custom manufactured part even though they never told me they custom manufactured it and it arrived only a few days after I ordered it making their claim somewhat dubious. Anyway, Fastoolnow honored the return with a reasonable restocking fee. I wish Simpson showed as much dedication to customer service as Fastoolnow. Thanks Austin and Nate!"

"This was my first order from FastoolNow. The website, selection, and order process was smooth and the price was very competitive for the items I ordered. I didn't give 5 stars because I paid for expedited shipping (paid extra for 3 days UPS and the delivery was slow (ordered Saturday morning and the shipment is coming on the following Thursday = 4 business days). Not sure what the extra charge in expedited shipping paid for other than extra profit to FastoolNow."

The item was shipped factory direct and was slower than expected, but I still saved money by going through FastoolNow than if I had ordered directly from the factory.
