"I prefer to shop local, and was trying to keep my business in my hometown community. However, I would recommend avoiding this place. Multiple issues. My original order they forgot to load me one of my pallets...no big deal, I'll came back and get it. I had asked for a stair nose piece which apparently wasn't ordered originally. Our job ended up being short and I had to order 4 additional boxes and ordered the stair nose again. When I arrived to pickup and pay, I was floored by the pricing. I had assumed the price would have been the same, but they charged me more than double the price per quantity of my original order. I asked for detailed invoices and apparently that isn't an option there either. Sales person showed zero interest in resolving. I would recommend shopping somewhere that gives an honest estimate and communicates effectively."
