"Attempted to pick up product twice and was frustrated by lack of service. First time was told by office staff that everyone decided to go hunting so no one was around to load my truck (not sure why they were open when they can't load product.) Next time I showed up at 4:30pm and the place was locked up with a closed sign despite signage stating they're open til 5. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same."
