"Bought a Chevy Trax from this location for 18k. Everything was smooth with the buying process and communication with the employees. Not even a month in, it was discovered that there’s FIVE THOUSAND dollars worth of preexisting issues to it. We called to get record of last full inspection done to it before our purchase and received a snippy response and was told to take it to the auto shop they are affiliated with to “check it out” even though it’s at a reputable mechanic. Super sketchy business, would not recommend no matter how many “good” reviews this place has. Ridiculous."
