"Great experience with Micro Center Michigan the other day. Reserving my purchase online and picking up on store was made very easy! Staff in store were very helpful, especially Joseph who helped talk me through various sim racing equipment options. I will be shopping here again for sure. I do wish Micro Center shipped between stores though, even if it was for a fee it would worth it. Micro Center has very competitive pricing and a lot of people obviously enjoy shopping here. Making their merchandise more accessible to remove living customers would be a big benefit for business."

"Look, this isn’t exactly anyone’s direct fault, but every time I visit here there’s been a line completely out the door. This is a Monday evening at 6pm??? There only ever seems to be at most three cashiers working and I greatly sympathize with their position. Management seems to not give a damn about scheduling coverage. The customer service is more often than not wonderful, (Jacob has helped me twice now that I personally remember, he definitely knows his tech!) You do have to actively seek someone out in my experience and sometimes it’s hard to find anyone available. Unfortunately a handful of times here, I have been treated as if I was a thief or if not in some sort of condescending and impatient manner from an older male. It’s 2024, yall. Nerds and techies aren’t exclusively basement dwelling guys with zero social skills and the hygiene habits of a middle schooler anymore, if they ever were! If someone comes in wearing a frilly pink sparkly prom dress, is covered head to toe in a Niqaab, or pants 3x too large hanging half around the knees with boxers out, that shouldn’t change the level of customer service provided. I work in the automotive repair industry and if we can manage that much with our customers, someplace huge like MicroCenter absolutely is able to."

"It's always fun to go in and shop around. I typically go in for a purpose but then spend at least 30-45mins wandering the aisles. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and I've never had an issue finding someone to help when I've had a question (I've had many). I only wish there were more stores and closer to home!"

"I'm Canadian, we don't have many computer stores in my area so I decided to go to this microcenter as I've always wanted to go to one. Both times I've gone I have been assisted by an associate named Sara. Both times Sara went above and beyond helping me, first time I went I wanted a CPU cooler, Sara went over price for performance, ram clearances, compatibilities etc. Second time I went was for a much larger purchase, I went in 9AM Christmas eve as my graphics card shorted out the night before, first person I ran into was Sara, I explained my situation and she was very ready to assist me in finding what I needed. She listened to what games I play, what resolution I play at, what refresh rate, power supply cpu etc, and she helped me until I had finally decided on a upgrade that was within my budget. Thanks again Sara at Madison Heights."

"Good price on printer paper, but no more $1.99 deal. Chances are they will have whatever computer thing you need. Prices may be slightly higher than Amazon, but the sale prices and open box deals are very good. Watch for items not ringing up at the price posted on the display! After 11:00 am on weekdays and any time on weekends the checkout line can be very long. Returns are now processed through the checkout line, further delaying the process."
