"Would be great if you would adjust your sprinkler by the road, literally spraying over both lanes of traffic, quite annoying"

"We have been waiting for 8 months for our cabinets! We are out over $8000.00 and still no cabinets. We bought $88855.06 worth of cabinets for a dry bar from The Home Center in Traverse City last September, 2021. The cabinets are from Bridgewood Custom Cabinets. They were suppose to be installed in January, 2022 however when the cabinets arrived they were damaged and The Home enter had to reorder 3 new upper cabinets. When the three new cabinets came in one of those was damaged and needed to reordered again. Finally in March the final cabinet came in and the installers showed to install our dry bar. When the installers took one of the cabinets out of the box the back of the cabinet came off! They tried to put the large cabinet with the wine rack on the wall the cabinet could not support itself and started to fall off the wall! The installers had to support to cabinet while they removed it from the wall for fear of it falling off. At that point I asked them to return the cabinets to the Home Center as I was afraid of someone being crushed when the cabinets fell off the wall and did not want the liability. The installers agreed and they also did not want to put the cabinets up as they did not want the liability coming back on them. It is now 8 months later and the Home Center is refusing to give us our money back or replace the cabinets."
