"I had an emergency passport appointment that I made 16 hours before an international flight. I was already completely stressed from my oversight of needing to renew my passport, but the employees at the agency were so extremely friendly and helpful. Due to my stress, I forgot the name of the woman who helped me, but she left a note on my application to process it asap and if they were able to call me back before my departure time to please do so. They called within a few hours and I was able to make my flight on time. I’ve never experienced such considerate and helpful customer service, and the employees here saved me thousands of dollars, headaches, and disappointment. I am endlessly grateful for the incredible staff here!"

"10/10 experience! Had to get a passport fast and out of no where and was able to make an appointment same week. We went in and got everything done way faster than expected. They originally weren’t able to give it to us same day but thanks to this awesome worker named Rose, we got it same day!! just to make sure we didn’t miss our vacation the following week! Same day passport! Rose was such an amazing person to work with and she was so kind and went above and beyond helping us. A true blessing in disguise!!"

"It's in a Federal building, so you will need to be scanned and it's an all- business atmosphere with the guards. You'll need to check in with another guard on the third floor, so be sure you have your documents. When you get in, you'll check in with the tellers, so again, have all your docs ready. The good news is, you can get your passport the same day - but you will need to pay an expedite fee. Parking is a challenge - but there is a parking lot just around the corner, and you will need to pay $15.00 cash."
