When I went back to have the issue investigated, I was shown where the 'like new' rim had been previously cracked and a repair had, unsuccessfully, been attempted. Now, I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails or voicemail messages!?! I guess the old adage 'Let the buyer beware' truly holds true here."
