"I have never had such as awful experience with a service company. The first man arrived in a dirty T shirt and no identification and it went downhill from there. He had not been for training yet but was out on a job alone. He spent most of his time on the telephone with someone and of course could not fix my chair lift. I can not count the number of times the 3 people that seem to work for this company were out, one time they were here for 3 hours. They asked for a $600.00 deposit so they could order a new mother board. After receiving 2 different mother boards I guess they decided they could not do anything and sent my check and old mother board back in a box. They left pieces and screws on the stairs. They kept say my Acorn stairlift was old and they did not like that brand anyway. They would have been glad to sell me a new unit, a different brand. I have since found a company that does know what they are doing and my stairlift is working fine."
