"They need to re-think who they hire for customer service. The female employee working on a Saturday while my son and I were in looking at colors was extremely unproffesional, inappropriate language and acted like we were inconveniencing her. We have been a long time customer through our business and have never received such rude service. I have been in this particular store a dozen or more times times over the past couple of years and have had great service by the employees, however, this is the first time (and last) I have seen this employee there. We won't be back."
