Went to kiss carpets, and every interaction from walking through the door until the last installer cleaned up and left was Excellent! We re-floored our entire home with both hard floors and carpet. Heath came to measure and explained our options. Austin was a true craftsman, installing the hard floor and Dave and his crew did a perfect job on the carpet. "Jeff did an amazing job making sure everything was right with our new floors. I don't have a before image, but picture a frat house in the 80s, with carpeting that had never been cleaned, and had soaked up decades of beer and dog hair. It took my wife and I an awkwardly long time to go through pretty much every option, as I didn't realize how many flooring choices there were. Jeff was very patient while we spent months deciding between hundreds of different options. When we finally made a decision he got the install scheduled a lot sooner than I had anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. I definitely recommend Kiss Carpeting if you're looking for new flooring. Jeff made everything super easy, and even sent us updates with photos of the progress while it was being installed.
