"Our initial thought was WOW, a place that cares about their customers and their reputation. Was refreshing to find a place that was so helpful. We were able to take samples home with no pressure and received two quotes on carpet (installed cost, and cost if just purchased carpet). I believe we initially worked with Nicole Farias. We were excited when we decided which carpet we wanted and returned to place our order. We were shocked to learn our price had jumped dramatically from the price we were initially given (all measurements were the same). We hold our honesty and integrity at a very high level and try to only support businesses with the same moral values. Sadly, we found Best Carpet does not stand behind its word."
