But overall I was satisfied with my experience at the holland michigan location. The employees were very upbeat and full of positive vibes unlike the 28th st location in GR"
"A team member from our company went to pick up a car. First, the attendant didn't have our reservation. Secondly, they gave them a badly damaged vehicle. When asked about the inspection, he stated "don't worry about it, you have full coverage". This is a fraudulent way to cover damage. Be careful. Inspect your car carefully. We will research who the insurance company is and make them aware too."
"Holland Avis/Budget is by far our favorite rental company because of their lower prices, their easy access location, and helpful staff. They don't have as many vehicles to choose from as the airport, but they always upgrade us when they don't have the car class we booked. We have never been disappointed! We highly recommend them for your vehicle rental needs! =)"
"The Holland location is very close to home and this makes renting and returning cars I rent for work much easier than heading into the airport in Grand Rapids. I tend to keep my personal vehicles for a long time, and I prefer putting miles on rental cars rather than mine when I have to make long distance trips for work and can’t fly. This local franchise makes that process much easier to accomplish, and that is very much appreciated."
"A terrible experience. They rented a car with the low tire pressure warning on and told me it would be okay I just needed to drive it to reset it. I put air in X 3 over the next two days at my own expense. I called repeatedly to talk with them, gave them my number to call back and then waited 10 minutes on hold. Called back repeatedly with no answer. Arrived an hour late because I had to slow down with the bad tire and putting in air and then they charged me a extra day for the rental! Never again."
