"I paid for pickup, work on equipment, and delivery. The equipment fell apart in less than 20 seconds of operation. GreenMark picked it up again and worked on it to correct their error. Now they want me to pay for delivery AGAIN... Do the people think I should pay twice because of their mistake? I will talk to them, if they insist that I pay twice, I might or might now, but at least I will lave learned where NOT to go. I will update on this after I talk to them."

"This Location is the best Deere dealer iv been to. Had an issue with an Ag tractor other locations were weeks out for a calibration, this location was busy but squeezed me in, on lunch hour at that! The sales team is amazing, the Manager is awesome, and the service guy was very knowledgeable and got me back going, altho iv had a bad experience with John deere equipment, this dealer, their service, sales and management would make me buy green again. Highly recommend this dealer for SALES AND SERVICE!!! Also this dealer does SELL AND SERVICE 5000 SERIES EQUIPMENT!"

"Bought used lawn mower a couple weeks ago. I will be returning it next week since they wont call me back (as promised) to come pick it up. Had to commit to purchase before being able to see it, but being Greenmark Equipment, I thought it was a relatively safe assumption that what I would be getting would be at least worth the money, even if it was a cheaper mower. Had to argue with Aaron to get the mulch plug that was advertised on the listing (finally getting a resolution from the parts guy, A+). Aaron didn't seem to want to believe me that it was on the listing, even though we spoke about it over email before signing the PO. Got the lawn mower delivered a few hours later than promised (the cable guy has been more reliable for me), and what a heap it was. Bondo peeling off the "fixed" hood, rust enveloping the foot area (hidden under the dirty plastic pc), torn bagger, plastic warped. She wasn't pretty. But cosmetics don't bother me as much as mechanical issues do. Mower deck quit working on the 2nd mow (literally 5 mins into the mow) That was my last straw with this mower, but Greenmark doesn't want to take the return. From the sounds of it, I didn't spend enough money for them to want to bother with me. Edit: They contacted me shortly after placing this review, and are refunding my money. Will bump up to 3 stars when this is taken care of in a timely manner. I will never purchase anything sight unseen from anyone anymore, lessons learned all around. 5.23.21 Check arrived and they finally picked up the tractor, so I bumped it up to 3 stars because they resolved the issue."
