"The women behind the counter, although attempting to assist, had limited knowledge of their products, and the person who could have helped (Bruce) had no desire to stop his conversation between employees, or even acknowledge that a customer was there. He said “could be” (but wasn’t actually) willing to assist, even after being asked 3 times, both by other members of the staff, and by myself. They obviously do not need new customers, and I would suggest that you take your dollars elsewhere."
