"The absolute worst company in northern Michigan. Had them for 6 years and had nothing but problems with there equipment and being over charged everything they came out to fix there stuff. When I switched companies they kept my left over propane and never reimbursed me. Total rip off company."

"When we moved to Michigan and bought our home we decided to use fick and sons for propane. We were having to fill the tank once a month summer and more in the winter. Amazing once we switched we have not had to fill our tank once yet and it's been 4 months with heater turned on. I should have switched away from fick and sons sooner rather than limiting my children to showers evey two days and having the heater set at 55 degrees. I will never go back to this company EVER. Complete rip off!!!!"
"Their drivers and ignorant and dangerous on the road. Feb 19, 2021 at approximately 6:50am one of there semi truck which was yellow in color pulling one of Fick & Sons tankers was heading south on I-75 between the Sterling and Standish exits. This truck was about 10-20 behind a Jeep Grand Cherokee with the high beams on blinding the driver in the Jeep. This is completely reckless and uncalled for. I've been calling around looking for a new propane provider, and after this incident I'll be sure to not call Fick & sons for service. I've sent Fick & sons an email message Friday morning and got no response. This shows they do NOT care."
"This weekend (Saturday Morning) my pickup started leaking fuel bad on our way to the UP, (it’s a 7.3 powerstroke) I pulled into the gas station across the street, one of their drivers were at the gas station and recommended I walk to fick and sons to see what they can do for me, I met 2 mechanics who were very helpful and did all they could do to get me back on the road! They found the gasket I needed (they had it in stock) and got me back on the road! The new shop is very nice, clean and organized and they were very professional! I’ve never had any work done by them but I would 100% trust them with my diesel!"
