"Reviewing as an employee: As far as a place to work, I am overly impressed with Daimay. My direct supervisor, John C. Is by far the best leader I have ever had, and I do not say that lightly. John always puts his employees before himself, he is reasonable with his expectations of us, but does expect the best we can do. Alot of leaders are just bosses barking orders and passing blame, I've never once seen that from John. The company as a whole has been amazing as well. Recently I had a terrible family emergency, I never once heard "when are you coming back" or "how much longer are you going to be gone" only "take whatever time you need, we understand, and we are here for you if you need anything". When I did come back I dont think there was one person I passed by that didn't ask how that family member was doing. 10 out of 10, literally the best place I have ever worked."

"Don't want to pay you what you are worth...tend to take advantage of their employees regarding work relations.Not very organize and consistent.Some employers are great to work with and for...however Daimay does have potential to be great if the company talk to there employees and resolve the issues that need to be address..maybe someday.Has a very high turn over rate because of the pay and no incentives...the people that gave this place a nice review are the @$$ kissers and don't have a spine....time to work for self.There is no room for growth here especially if u are black.Truth!!"
