"10 out of 5 stars, I honestly don't know where to start. As a guy that takes pride in cars/toys and maintain them best I can, it's tough deciding where to get repair work done after a collision. I met the family in college (we won't visit how long ago that was) and they were terrific !! Frank and Christina took a leap of faith and started a business they were passionate about and after my recent experience they proved exactly that. The day I got a quote, Frank is bouncing ideas off me based on a couple things I had mentioned, before long I couldn't tell who was more excited about this project. I threw a couple curve balls their way during the process and they were well received. In past experience, WITH OTHER REPAIR shops, they left me hanging, no communication, if problems came up, decisions on my vehicle were made for me without my input. With Opulence, Frank called me weekly with an update of progress/surprises that weren't anticipated. We spoke about these things together and proceeded in one direction on the same page. The last week Frank called me on a Wednesday, couple parts had yet to show up, one due Thursday and the last due Friday. He could tell I was excited to get it back so he told me he would have my truck ready on Friday, him and his crew were at the shop late Friday night to honor his word. That speaks volumes, it validates passion. I'm beyond impressed with what the group there accomplished and elated with the results. They have my business and praise !!"

"Hands down the BEST!! Opulence Motor Group took my Ram and completely transformed it. Their attention to detail is unmatched & they went the extra mile. Frank the owner delivered my truck to my job and made sure I was completely satisfied with his work. I was BEYOND satisfied, my truck looked better than when it came off the lot! I had throw up in the window and driver door -he took off all the paneling to ensure it was all cleaned up. I had rust on my running boards and that they even touched up for me with black paint. This man is not only talented at his craft but he also genuinely cares and wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the work he has done.
