"went to battery world looking for a battery for an ols clock my wife purchased at a yard sale. they had just what i wanted in stock and i walked out happy. they said if they don't have it they can get it. shop there went to battery world last week for a rumba replacement battery pack, they had it in stock, gave inst. on how to replace in vacuum, and it went perfectly. still 5 stars"
"Bought a battery in nov and now it goes dead at night. I go In to get a replacement or test the battery and all I get is we will need you to give us the battery back. So we can take a few days to test it and then want me to buy another battery. And then they tell me my truck not charging and that's the reason why the battery is going dead. I am a mechanic and have tested my alternator already.i wouldn't recommend going to this place there warranty plan sucks."
