"Went for an oil change today... I didn't have an appointment, and was glad to have them take the car. However, it took nearly two hours (with the person ahead of me finishing up and one jump in between), and my car reeks of cigarette smoke now. I also did not get any information on pricing up front (at least partially my fault), seemingly because they were just eager to get my keys. I will not be returning."
