"My husband and I were ready to buy a used truck earlier this week. We went to see it and on our test drive, we discovered the sunroof was broken. We were told that even though we were ready to buy they could not give us any numbers until the sunroof was fixed. They then proceeded to try to sell the car out from under us to someone who was willing to finance (which means they get more money) and only when that sale fell through did they finally respond back to us. Shady dealership with no dignity and honesty. It's a shame because at first glance they all seemed really great, but it turns out they are just like every other dealership. Very disappointing."

She was very informative, easy to work with, did not use any of the pressuring sales tactics that you loathe to see at a dealer. Overall a great experience for buying a car. The finance manager i spoke too was also very informative and cordial. They also did not price gouge the Maverick at all, i received it with next to no markup despite the low supply. I've seen plenty of other dealers mark up Mavericks by up to 40%, but not here. I would recommend Roy O'Brien to anyone looking for a new Ford"
