"9/10/23. Today, at 3 p.m., I walk in. I'm told we are slow. We leave early today. Great, i only drove 22 minutes one way. Really! Closing an hour early when you have a customer in front of you. Your hour and honoring your hours of business were not worth $100 and a tip and keeping a loyal customer. Normally, I'm good and understanding. Three times in a row issues! 8/2023 Last month, I had an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, i was told to pick out polish. I did and sat down, 10 minutes later, she put me in water. After I soaked, a few minutes later, she said that she was doing a girl's pedicure real quick because it was her birthday. With an appointment, I waited an hour before she even started. 7/2]23 They couldn't take me because they didn't have enough help. So I made an appointment. For 8/2023, see above. I've been going to this salon for 13 plus years. I love the prices and I have gotten great service till recently. I've not seen the owner. Maybe that is the difference. My time is valuable. It costs money to drive. I don't mind, but to drive 14 miles and the traffic to get this kind of service isn't worth it anymore. I hope that when I post on FB, I get good guidance for a new salon that values customers."

"I’m sorry I wanted to try this place. My nails were HORRIBLE. They were crooked and bubbles in them and even had a hair in the paint! They weren’t wearing masks. They were rude and refused to do the style I wanted saying they know better and it would look good on me. They refused to fix my bad nails and over charged me. They were just all around horrible. It should be shut down. On top of that they would put me off to the side when a regular came in so I was there for almost 3 hours just to get acrylics done."

"One of the male workers, who sits at the table next to the eyebrow waxing table, badly cut my girlfriend's finger and was not capable of even admitting to it. He was very persistent and even tried to blame it on my girlfriend for the cut. On top of that, my girlfriend's nails were very poorly done and we wasted $40 (on top of a $1 tip that we were very reluctant to give). When we asked for a refund, he didn't want to give it to us as he was sure that he did not do anything wrong. Eventually, one of the workers stepped in and offered to re-do her nails with no charge but only after a long argument. I highly recommend not going here and we are definitely not coming back. The picture shown was taken the day after my girlfriend's nails were fixed by a different person from the same salon. Her finger was bleeding again and this is showing how badly the worker who did her nails originally cut it."

"Two days ago I paid $50 for a full set and a pedicure. I continued to ask the man to fix two nails and he said no, that they were fine. They had not pushed back my cuticles which already has my real nails showing, only after two days. The paint job was poorly done as well. Although, I did get a soft pink, the nail polish was thin and streaky. I will not be going back to this place."
