"Was able to pull up to this shop on a late Sunday evening after truck started having leak issues & riding funny. They checked my tires and completed oil change. No other place was open but they were able to service my vehicle & get me back on road. All good!"
"I traveled from Philly to attend a University of Michigan Football game. While in Detroit, I ran over a large screw that caused a slow leak in my tire. This occurred on Friday at approximately 8pm. I called every business I could find on Google, there wasn't anyone open. Even businesses that proclaimed to be 24 Hours, they were closed. Air was slowly leaking out my tire, and if I didn't get it addressed I would have a full flat which would require more of my time. I then called Hartwell Auto, I was skeptical they would be open even though they posted very late hours, but lo and behold they answered. Benjamin said to come on by and he could take care of me right away. I arrived, he got right to work, took care of the problem and I was on my way! It has been 2 months and I haven't had any issues with my tire. I drove 8 hours back to Philly, no problems. Plus many other trips since then. I am extremely grateful for his service. He allowed me to have a wonderful trip with only a small hiccup instead of a large problem. When no one else was to be found, HE WAS! Couldn't have been a more hospitable owner and service provider. I have family in Detroit who I visit around the holidays. I would not hesitate to return if I needed him again, or if my family had a problem."

"I always go here for all my cars. Benny doesn't over charge you like others and if he can't fix it he will let you know. I've been going to him for years for repairs and tires. The best around by far. Very well trusted!!! He is the most honest and fair mechanic around. They don't make people like him no more. I highly recommend him to anyone!!!!
