"We had a vehicle given to us that needed a new engine. I was referred to US Wheel And Tire. I called and was greeted with a calm and interested voice. He did not talk fast (as if he was in a hurry and didn't have time to listen to my issue.) I explained that I needed an engine, gave him the car details, and (being honest) waited to hear something extra-smooth, slick, and crazy. He suggested that I bring the car in so that he could make a good determination of what was needed. He said that he didn't want to quote a price, only to have to raise it if more than an engine was needed. I had the car towed on Wednesday night 8/9/23. He called me mid-day Friday 8/11/23 and said that it was ready, and that it was Super Quite. TWO DAYS!!!! Well, actually, it was more like ONLY A DAY AND A HALF!!! I couldn't believe it. We got there and, sure enough, it was quite. We couldn't even hear it running. He also showed us the old engine sitting next to the car!!!!! (I had pictures of the old engine - just in case... Don't hate, you know how folks'll do ya. ) He also provided a financing option to assist us that was quick and easy. I was able to complete the application on the phone. And It wasn't based on a Hard Credit check. He advised us of what might be needed going forward, such as charging the A/C and maybe some new brakes in the future, but the car runs and drives GREAT!!!!! no crazy noises, no jerking. He didn't try to fast-talk me. He said what he would do, and he did it. That's the kind of business I like. YOU WILL, TOO!!!!!"

"I went in for one thing only because of the good pricing but was convinced once I got there to go with my first thought. I was glad to have run into Jovian because he mentioned to me what I had originally wanted and thought would look best on my truck so I’m so many words he confirmed my first thought was the best thought without me even telling him.
