"If you value your money and community please never visit this place. Its been months since i was told by the heavier set man in front with glasses to "find a better business" he took me outside and told this to me after the workers in here discussed me in another language because i actually have a say in how i choose to spend my money. Their complaint was that i was too "picky" because i wanted my nails a certain way and decided to speak up. They have no issue taking your money but will talk about you and your race like a dog if you do. Thank goodness for google translate i caught at least 3 workers berating black women all who were paying customers right in front of them. Theyre so used to the black dollar returning without any objection that blatant disrespect and disregard is frequently handled without care. stop giving these people your money, for them to treat you like trash. going up on prices as if their services or practices have improved. remember they said they were charging more for fresh tools after every client after covid?? yet you never see a new pack of files, nail clippers etc opened? well tell that to my fungal infection on my big toe from visiting the last time..it ended with me taking antifungal pills for weeks and a promise that id never return to this cesspool of fungus and infection. Been going to Custom Nails on west warren ever since, so far so good and no complaints from them on how i want my nails that IM PAYING FOR."

"That just might have been the best pedicure of my life . I got there right after they opened and was able to have the place to myself , just her and I. She took her time and the service seemed well worth the price for all it included as this was my first time going there. I got the Paraffin Wax Pedicure which is something I’ve never experienced before which left my feet feeling as soft as butter. I even smudged some toes and she had no issue fixing them . I also got my eyebrows waxed and was happy with the results and the wax wasn’t too hot like other places I’ve been . I'll definitely be coming back here"

"DO NOT GO HERE. They popped off my dip polish with an acrylic nail, AN ACRYLIC NAIL which took half my real nail off. Very unprofessional - they should have known to soak. They clearly do not know what they are doing. I immediately got up and left as soon as I saw the bleeding. I normally don’t post reviews but I felt I needed to, to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Save yourself the trip and spend the extra money at a salon that know how to take care of you."
