"ABSOLUTE worst service i’ve ever experienced. During my service the man was pulling my arm, talking to himself and making me uncomfortable by staring at me, he also was jabbing his sharp nail into my finger as he was doing my nails, and I asked for my nails not to be cut a lot, he cut them a significant amount and then asked if he could file my nails again because he made them uneven. I asked him to not file my nails any shorter and he gave me a rude face. After my service I noticed my nails could’ve used another coat of dip powder, the man came across as rude when i was simply asking the question if my nails would be thicker with more dip on it, and if it would look bad. He then persisted to tell me I was arguing with him when I asked a simple question. Not to mention there is a dog with a diaper on walking around the salon. EXTREMELY unprofessional and would not recommend this salon to anyone. I had a horrible experience here and requested a refund nicely because I was treated disrespectfully, and they persisted to argue with me saying I was arguing when I kept on a calm voice just trying to get my moneys worth."

"Nice people but horrible work. I have several cuts on my feet and a big chunk of skin off from the side of my foot from the pedicure. Cuts on my hails from my nails. I was told I would get a discount but when I checked out I didn’t. Then they acted like they expected a bigger tip!! I will not be back."

"I have a lot of positives comments to say about this salon. I have been going here for a year now. First off, they are clean and who doesn’t love a clean environment! They do a great job and they stick to their appointments. I see Nancy, for dip mani and shellac padi, i always leave beyond happy. Not only is she good at both but she’s fast too! With my crazy schedule, she gets me in and out and loving my nails! Both are important to me. I’m never setting around. My co workers and now my friends are going to Nancy! I also had four other women who still work there, work on my nails, they did great too."

"I got my nails done this morning with my mom and sister and all of us left unimpressed. The lady who did my nails was very nice, the man who did my sister’s nails was not as nice. They did not do enough coats on any of our nails and most of mine were not all the way covering my nail, leaving it chipped, crooked down by the cuticle, and very see-through. It felt very rushed to get everybody out of the salon and was not good customer service. I suggest going elsewhere to get your nails done."
