"Dr G was absolutely wonderful and the nurse was very professional. I was late because I couldn't find the place, so I was so grateful they still saw me! I'm giving them 3 stars for now because my first impression wasn't the best. There is definitely a lack of consistency and communication between reception and medical staff. I was on the phone with a receptionist getting directions, but when I got there I was almost turned away for being late and they were unaware of the conversation. I waited months for this appointment so needless to say, I was worried about it. To make matters worse, when I left both the nurse and doctor told me to schedule a cleaning and then we could schedule the crown (if insurance approved). But the same receptionist I spoke to on the phone totally confused me as she was checking me out. She said she won't schedule me for the cleaning because she thinks I need a different (or stronger?) cleaning and opted to call me before they closed with a final verdict on what kind of cleaning I'm getting so I could schedule it... I never did get that call. She saw that I was also being referred to a specialist for 1, possibly 2 root canals. She made a comment that the root canals need to happen before the crown and almost made it sound like she wouldn't file for authorization until the root canals were done. Thing is, that second root canal is only necessary if my insurance doesn't cover the crown... so she wasn't making much sense. She did clairify that she would still file for authorization when I asked, but denied me making any appointments. It was... bizarre. I have never had a receptionist make medical decisions for me like that before and I guess I was a bit thrown off. I feel like it's not appropriate for receptionists to give any kind of medical advice. Not due to being incompetent of course, but more so because they don't really know the patient or their medical history and could unintentionally cause harm. I'm sure a little more open communication and establishing some healthy boundaries would do wonders for this clinic. Otherwise was very pleased with the care I received!"

"I came here years ago, and had an unpleasant experience with different staff. This past week, I've had a couple of appointments, and it has been the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had. The receptionist Renee was so kind and helpful with scheduling, etc... Dr. G and her assistant Sam were phenomenal. The hygienist Brandy is amazing. From listening to my concerns and giving helpful feedback to the treatment they've begun.. I am no longer nervous to return for the rest of my treatment. I've had anxiety for years about the dentist due to bad experiences. These ladies are my new besties, and I look forward to returning soon!"

"This is the nicest dentist I've ever been too! Everyone is very sweet. The dentist goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and happy from begining to end. If you are experiencing any uncomfortability or pain she will get you in that same day. I honestly can not say enough great things about this dentist office! If you are looking for a good dentist and experience you have found your place!"
