Her bed/chairside manner was befitting a principal operator. I could imagine this office could do some free dental hygiene services in Detroit to help improve wellness in low SES commnities."

"First, I just want to say that Blair is amazing! My first visit was in September, 2023 after my previous dental office, Wellspring Dental unfortunately closed down. My next appointment was supposed to be March, 2024. I received a text (not call) that my appointment was cancelled. A few days later, I received another text that said I would be contacted about rescheduling (I requested for someone to actually call me). A few days after that, I received yet another text that said I was rescheduled to June, 2024. Very unprofessional, in my opinion. That's far too long to wait and I am currently searching for a new dental office. It's extremely unfortunate because Blair is the best hygienist that I've ever encountered, and I was looking forward to my cleaning."

"I have been going to this Dentist office for over 10 years. I saw the Dentist in June 2023. I needed a root canal, the person whom makes the appointment, only had October 2023. A week before the appointment, I went to the emergency room with head pain. They said I had an access and a infection. They had to cut my gums and give me two stitches and a draining tube in my mouth. The day of my appointment with Gentle Dental, was the day my stitches came out, so I missed that appointment. I ask for the next available appointment and that was December 20, 2023. Well GUESS what happened, I get a text saying they was canceling my appointment and the NEXT one is March 2024. Let's just say, THEY LOST ME. The Dentist was very very nice, but I don't think he knows how the appointments are being scheduled. I hope this post draws the attention of the Dentist and a discussion takes place."
