"I went there to get my wisdom teeth pulled and they clearly seen what was needed. Went on to charge me for unnecessary shenanigans. After the appointment. You go in a room to talk about the charges and payments and I'm like that's a bit much. She charged me $250. Then my brother called and complained and told them I can go her and get all of that for $70. We even called other local dentists and they said the same exact thing. It was about the money and I felt that throughout my appointment and after."

"The care I have received at Maria Manzor’s office has been life changing. I do not make that statement lightly and I mean every word. Having had a profoundly traumatic experience as a child at the hands of a dentist, I’ve been plagued by an involuntary, deeply phobic reaction to dental care. Having had a veneer break off unexpectedly, I had to face my fears and make an appointment. I did so with Dr. Maria due to word of mouth recommendations. I’m not sure how to adequately convey how gentle, supportive and caring every member of this office has been. Not only did they provide a safe, supportive environment but the level of care was detailed, informative and treatment was given with the highest regard for comfort as well as effectiveness. With every visit, I feel the fear that had gripped me for decades lifting. Everyone I have come in contact with at this office has been professional, welcoming and kind. Every step of care is explained thoroughly and all my questions answered. Also, I do not feel pressured to have any treatment done nor do they shame you for having avoided dental care. They truly approach you as a person from the dentist chair to the financial department. They are committed to building a long term relationship with their patients, not a hit and run office visit. They strive to build a relationship with their patients built on trust, comfort and positive results. My only regret is that I didn’t come in sooner. Marie"

"The fast service from Dr. Manzor and passive-aggressive follow up from the office staff are the only two things that I can rate here. Unfortunately, I feel that both the physician and the office staff oversell services purely for revenue purposes and are not looking out for the best care and health of their patients. I should have asked more questions, done my own homework prior to accepting the services, and investigated what was really covered by my insurance. Instead, I naively followed what I was told by the physician and office manager. Simultaneously, Dr. Manzor referred to Michigan Endodontics for re-treatment of a root canal which unfortunately was a loss as well. Overall, I should have followed my first instincts at both offices. Now with over $4000 in dental bills and a tooth shy from when I first started this venture, I would have to say...I learned my lesson."
