"If you expect to get the 20 dollar credit and do not shop at AutoZone continuously, then don't. I have bought just enough items to get the 20 dollar credit several times and have it forfeited because of the time limit they give you to collect it. I fix what I have to when I have to. I am not a mechanic and only shop there to fix my own vehicle. You should get to spend what you have earned when you want since you earned it !!!"
"Adam C. gave me excellent service when replacing my battery and taillight in my Ford Focus. He came out in the cold to remove my stubborn, corroded battery and made sure to clean my terminals to prevent any further issues. He even walked me through as he did my taillight so I could see how it was done. And he was also taking care to monitor that other customers were being taken care of by another associate while helping me. It was an excellent experience and I would return for future maintenance! Adam did a wonderful job!"
