"I am 80 years old and have been to several different dental offices over the years. I recently moved to Shelby Twp., and after three dental office visits I knew I needed to find a new dental office. I Googled the area and selected Bright Side Dental because of the immense number of five star reviews and positive patient comments. From the second I entered the office I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome from the two ladies at the front desk—regrettably I did not ask their names. I had several questions about my dental insurance coverage and a few other details. They immediately answered all my concerns and questions to my total satisfaction. I was then ushered into a room where the dental assistant (I hope I have the names correctly) Kentjiano (Katie) who cheerfully greeted me and to professionally perform my full mouth X- rays Next, I had the pleasure to meet Shannon who also greeted me with a wonderful and enthusiastic welcome and smile. My experience with Shannon was like nothing I had ever experienced when having my teeth cleaned—talk about being extremely thorough!!! She also reflected the same kindness and professionalism I experienced from all other personnel. Then came Dr Agarwal. Instead of standing over me, she pulled up a seat and sat down to review everything that had been done earlier and then to take the time to answer all my questions. It was immediately obvious to me that my experience with the others in her practice were a reflection of her professionalism, knowledge and kindness shown by all on her staff."

"Dr. A is a very skilled and understanding dentist. The current staff are awesome, and everyone works very well with each other. I highly recommend, Dr. A. and this location. This is coming for a person who hates the dentist and it is well evident, if you could see my teeth. I have decades of neglect, due to extremely bad experiences with multiply dentist. Since I found Dr. A, she has totally changed my prospective about dentistry and I actually don't mind going to her. I'm excited about getting my oral health together and I only wish that I would have found her years ago.... "I had a routine cleaning and x-rays today. The dental hygienist was did a thorough job cleaning my teeth but was considerate and gentle throughout the procedure. She answered all of my questions and concerns. After the cleaning I was seen by Dr. Anshita Agarwal, and once again, all my concerns were addressed by the doctor who explained my particular dental needs in clear understandable terms. I am a heart patient and felt very confident in their capable hands. The front-office staff was courteous and friendly. Usually I hate visiting the dentist but this visit was a pleasure. Thank you for treating me so well and alleviating my usual dental office anxiety. I am talking my husband into visiting Bright Side Dental. I told him that he will be very pleased with the professional service coupled with lots of smiles and friendliness."
