"They did have availability for appointments but the girl who answered the phone was rude I didn’t know what I was doing so I called to ask questions her phone / customer service was not good or helpful I thanked her for her “help” she said nothing in return and ended the call . So she lost this office a customer I called a different office spoke with a great lady so they will get my business."
"The office staff and doctors are so nice and helpful. They were always upfront, and even billed my secondary insurance... Which I've never found elsewhere. Unfortunately, procedurally, I had a terrible experience over the several years I was treated and have spent thousands of dollars trying to repair the damage. After a long visit, I ended up in the stroke unit at Beaumont because I lost my ability to speak. Thankfully, it was shortly resolved. But I do have permanent nerve damage, among more complex issues. It's important to note that my teeth aren't in the best condition. However, I found a new dentist in the same area that I've been seeing for two years... Great staff, and have never had an uncomfortable visit or complications."
