"I used to love bringing my son here..but I don't know what happened in the last year. The front desk is so unprofessional and rude. I corrected them one time on my sons name (who's been going there) and then she was like purposely saying it wrong so I kept correcting her and then she would laugh and keep doing it. The way they talk to you sometimes and cut you off mid sentence is just rude. Then another time i showed up 20 mins early for an appointment called to let them know we were in parking lot and made a payment. They said they said they would call when ready for him. They called five minutes after his appointment and said we are wondering where you are? I said in the parking lot waiting we already checked in 20 mins ago and made a payment. Oh she must of forgot.. How do you forget I am the first appointment and only one waiting. The staff that comes to get him is so nice. I finally expressed my concerns to them. I just don't understand what happened. I guess the only way for it to get fixed is maybe the owner seeing the effects its having overall. I would love to enjoy bringing my son here again instead of having to start over somewhere else."

"Worst money hungry dentist. I had a 4:30 pm appointment on Monday. I called to at 11:55 am to reschedule an appointment, they told me I should have canceled 24 hours before. Which is Friday and they are not available on Friday. Now they said next time I change the appointment I have to pay $25 fee for changing an appointment."

"The staff and the doctors at Pediatric Dental Center are caring, helpful and awesome. I would recommend this office for any dental needs."
