"Do not be fooled. The 5 star reviews are clearly a scam. There is no nice way to say this: walking into this dentist office felt like walking into a prison, from the barbed wire fence outside to the individuals forced to sit shoulder to shoulder in the "waiting room" which could not be much more than a 4'x8' cell. I had to cancel my appointment and walk out because after showing up at my scheduled time, I was informed by one of the other patients waiting in line ahead of me that they had been doing so for over an hour. The office must be intentionally overbooking appointments, because I had initially been told to set my appointment for that time because it was supposed to be "relatively slow." After that experience, I cannot have any faith in the "professionals" working there."

"I don’t even know where to start with this one. I told the ”oral surgeon” aka “the butcher”, I have severe anxiety about getting shots in my mouth because I’ve had so many in the past few months. I told her it took over an hour to pull a molar a couple of months ago at my regular dentist and she said it wouldn’t be that long for her to pull my wisdom tooth. It took her over 2 HOURS! When she started doing the shots to numb me, she hit a nerve and it jolted me. I’m not a crybaby, but I did cry because it scared me and it hurts so bad. She said she couldn’t work on me if I was crying. There was absolutely ZERO sympathy. She also broke my tooth off, and when I told her how awful this was all going, she threatened to send me home. She also bashed my top tooth multiple times when she would pull on the wisdom tooth. She would just say, “It happens”. I almost forgot to mention that the heat wasn’t working the previous week or this particular day. It was literally 48° and I had to wear my giant winter coat during all of this. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but every little sliver of my experience there was unprofessional. I was given ibuprofen, and a few Tylenol 3’s. They have done nothing to touch the pain of being pulled on for over two hours. I currently have exposed bone on my jaw because of something they did. It’s not the actual site where the tooth was pulled, it’s a different area. I think they slipped with the drill. If I could give a negative review, I would."

"LONG STORY SHORT.. very unprofessional. They done list it stole I’m unsure which one my sons chain.. they removed it for X-rays and forgot to hand it to me or even tell me. Basically they been looking for my son chain and rewinding the cameras since FEBRUARY. It’s been four managers since then. Sue is beyond rude and have a terrible attitude. They lost my partials gave me ones that don’t fit. My last receipt says I owe 300 even but their system says I owe 495 whole office is trash. And I’m speaking on the LIVERNOIS location"

"I was a 1st time client,, I had a 9:00 appointment unfortunately I got there a little too early and had to wait approximately 25 minutes until someone got there. But once someone got there I was immediately taken care of,, staff was professional and polite as well as Dr. Heller who was very personable."

"I was a walk-in on a Wed. I had to have a filling replaced. I signed in at 9am and did not get seen until 2pm. I didn't get done and leave until 4:30pm. It was so exhausting. However the staff was great. Everyone was professional. They were very clean and treated me with great care. When the doctor numbed me, the assistant comforted me and made sure I was ok and calm. If it wasn't for the long wait time, I would definitely go back again."
