"I paid for implants and vaneers and each has fallen off and or came out. Dr. Harris refused to repair although warranty is included. He also drilled through healthy teeth which he then had to pull out and have yet to fit with proper implants/crowns leaving me with implants that are loose. My gums are ruined along with the teeth he drilled down only to have vaneers fall off he will not replace. Other vaneers sit on top of gums leaving space that collect food. My gums are sensitive and I'm unable to eat or drink anything to warm or cold. Worse mistake of my life the most dishonest and fraudulent dentist and should not be licensed. He doesn't deserve any stars or to be in business"

"I need a root canal, which is an emergency. I let them know this on Friday, & I wanted a call back which was promised regarding when I can get an appointment. I didn't hear anything back on Monday morning, so I called them back on Monday afternoon, & I told them I'm starting to experience pain, & I really need to get it. I never received a call back, & it is now Wednesday. I decided to go with another place instead as I gave this place two chances now. I will not be returning here."

"I've been here for 4 appointments so far including a deep cleaning and 5 extractions. 4 of them surgical, and wow. Easily the best dental experience of my life. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make sure your needs are taken care of, even went as far to give me a protein shake to drink with my pills so it wouldn't upset my stomach. The docs did a great job with my difficult extractions and made sure I felt as little pain as possible. I don't know how else to describe Arch Dental but classy. They have an entire team of specialists and everyone I have encountered has been courteous, competent, and professional. It feels more like a high end salon than a dental office. Highly recommend."

"Wonderful service! Staff is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered, even if the person I was talking to had to get a colleague to answer it. Great care as well. One of my mini implants was done in 1 day with minimal discomfort. I'm going back for additional work in a couple weeks. I originally called at 8PM on a Saturday night as a new patient (a friend referred me) due to a cracked tooth emergency. Of course voicemail answered, but one of the options for emergencies was to press 5. To my surprise, I spoke to Dr. Harris himself and he saw me the next day (Sunday) to temporarily repair the tooth. He even started working up a treatment plan just by looking at my mouth. I went in for a new patient evaluation and we are working things from there based on the most important things to be done. Love this office. Have been looking for a good dentist for years. Arch Dental and Dr. Harris is it."
